The answer to the most common questions that are addressed to us.
Unfortunately we don’t have canoes where there is a smaller place in the center between two adults. We only have double kayaks where a child occupies the same seat as an adult. The price is therefore the same for both, adults and children.
The minimum age to join our trips is 6 years. Up to the age of 12, children will have to go in a double kayak together with an accompanying adult. From 12 years up there are no limits. In summary:
- 0-5 years old: CANNOT join trips;
- 6-11 years old: can join trips only with an adult in a double kayak;
- 12+ years old: can join trips without any limitation.
We will keep non-bulky valuables such as cell phones and car keys. Small bags or backpacks can be stored in the hatches of the kayaks or in the trunk of the trailer. Be careful because in the hatches the backpack could get wet and the trunk of the trailer is not guarded.
For safety reasons, trip itineraries may be altered, reduced or in some cases canceled (and refunded) in case of adverse weather conditions. In the event of constant rain, strong winds, rough seas or weather forecasts, trips may be canceled at our discretion and fully refunded. It is also possible to postpone the trip, depending on our availability and the customer. Light rain, bad weather forecast, variable weather, scattered clouds, light wind or high temperatures are not accepted reasons to get a refund in case of cancellation by the customer.

There is a 100% refund only in case of cancellation due to bad weather or cancellation by the customer at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance from the date of the trip does not entitle you to a refund or credit and the entire cost of the trip will be credited.
In the form of each trip you will find the Google Maps link of the meeting point. In any case, for any problem in reaching the meeting point, you can communicate with us via Whatsapp.
Trips must be booked through our call center by Whatsapp. Payment must be made in advance with Paypal, Debit or Credit Card or cash before trip starting.
