Your personal belongings, depending on the place of the trip, can be stored in a safe place or, failing that, kept in the waterproof storage box of the kayaks. In the form of each trip on the booking platforms of Tripadvisor, Viator and Airbnb you will find all the information about it. In the case of the requested trip is not present on these platforms, the information will be found on the trip page itself.
For safety reasons, trip itineraries may be altered, reduced or in some cases canceled (and refunded) in case of adverse weather conditions. In the event of constant rain, strong winds, rough seas or weather forecasts, trips may be canceled at our discretion and fully refunded. It is also possible to postpone the trip, depending on our availability and the customer. Light rain, bad weather forecast, variable weather, scattered clouds, light wind or high temperatures (never reach extreme levels and it is always possible to kayak with the equipment that we provide) are not accepted reasons to get a refund in case of cancellation by the customer.

There is a 100% refund only in case of cancellation due to bad weather or cancellation by the customer at least 1 day in advance. Any cancellation made less than 1 day in advance from the date of the trip does not entitle you to a refund or credit and the entire cost of the excursion will be credited.

In the case of the requested trip is not present on these platforms, you will find all the information on the trip page itself. In any case, for any problem in reaching the predetermined place, you can communicate with us via whatsapp. We will then send you a message with the exact position to reach.
The trips must be paid in advance, through the booking platforms of Tripadvisor , Viator and Airbnb . It is required to be registered on one of these platforms to book. In the case of the requested trip is not present on these platforms, payment must be made via the Paypal form at the bottom of the page.
